Agreement

Our services
We provide garden design, landscaping, hardscaping, planting and maintenance. The information on this site describes our services in general terms — the exact scope, materials and price for your project are set out in the written quote we provide.
Quotes and estimates
- Quotes are based on the information available at the time and remain valid for the period stated on the quote.
- If site conditions, scope or material costs change, we’ll discuss any adjustment with you before proceeding.
- Work begins once you’ve accepted the quote in writing.
Scheduling
We’ll agree a start window with you and keep you informed of progress. Outdoor work can be affected by weather and ground conditions; where that happens, we’ll reschedule as promptly as we can.
Payment
Payment terms are set out in your quote or invoice. Unless agreed otherwise, invoices are due within the period stated on the invoice.
Warranties
We stand behind our workmanship and the plants we install. The specific guarantees for your project, including any conditions, are described in your written quote. Natural variation in plant growth and the effects of weather and care after handover are outside our control.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the work carried out. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses.
