FAQ

Questions, answered.

The things people ask us most about designing, building and caring for a garden. Still unsure about something? Just get in touch.

How does the design process work?

We start with a free on-site consultation to understand your space, how you want to use it and your budget. From there we draw up a design, agree on materials and planting, then schedule the build — all handled by one crew from first sketch to finished garden.

How much does a garden project cost?

Every garden is different, so we quote each project individually after the consultation. Smaller refreshes start in the low hundreds; full design-and-build projects scale with the size of the space and the materials chosen. You’ll always get a clear written estimate before any work begins.

How long does a typical project take?

A seasonal refresh can be done in a day or two. A full design-and-build usually runs two to four weeks on site, depending on hardscaping, planting and weather. We’ll give you a realistic timeline with your quote and keep you updated as the work progresses.

Do you offer free consultations?

Yes. The first on-site design consultation is free and there’s no obligation. Get in touch and we’ll find a time that works for you.

What areas do you serve?

We work throughout the local region. If you’re unsure whether your property is in our service area, send us your address and we’ll confirm before booking the consultation.

Do you maintain the garden after it’s built?

We do. Many clients add a seasonal care plan so the same crew that built the garden keeps it looking its best year round — pruning, planting, lawn care and clean-ups on a schedule that suits the space.

Are your plants and workmanship guaranteed?

Yes. We stand behind our workmanship, and the plants we install are chosen to thrive in your conditions. We’ll walk you through the specific guarantees that apply to your project in the written quote.

Can you work with my existing garden?

Absolutely. A lot of our work is renovation — reshaping a tired yard with new structures, surfaces and planting while keeping the mature trees and features worth saving.
